I combined two challenges for these cards. The first was to make a split negative card, a challenge on Stamp TV here, truly awesome! The second challenge is from Saturday Spotlight with Hidden Potential here and it was to make a masterboard which is another way of saying making your own background paper. I actually did two sets of split negative cards I'll be posting the second set this afternoon, they're in black and silver. The background paper is actually white shimmer paper, I sponged creamy caramel on it so it would appear cream, that way I could use the paper for all 4 cards! The split negative technique is fun, fast and easy, give it a try.
Stamps: Snow swirled
Paper: basic black, shimmer white, gold, cream
Ink: versa mark, creamy caramel
Other: silver embossing powder, gold embossing powder, black embossing powder, ribbon
