This is a technique called patterned embossing. To see the tutorial you can go to stamptv here. Basically I took a piece of whisper white cardstock stamped words on it, (you can stamp anything, I chose words) then stamped my image in versamark and used clear embossing powder. The words show through the image. I sponged the rest of the circle so you can see the image clearly! Great technique.
