Asian Garden

I lost count how many times I tried watercolouring this image before I finally gave up and used markers, waaaay better. I LOVE how it came out! I made this card especially for Doodle Pantry Stock the Pantry challenge # 4, I haven't missed one yet and I was getting worried! I've also entered this into:
Stamps & fun: no sentiment
Paper Playtime: summer
Totally Stampalicious: anything goes
Easy Craft Projects: the summer
Craft your days away: summertime

Stamps: Doodle Pantry Asian Garden, Stampin Up weathered
Paper: handsome hunter, summer sun, gable green, only orange, whisper white
Ink: craft green galore
Other: clear embossing powder, ribbon, rhinestones, diamond stickles, prisma markers, MS border punch

  10. This is one of my favorite cards ever. It looks like a storybook illustration. You colored it perfectly. Since you mentioned that you tried to watercolor it to no avail, have you tried to used watercolor pencils? I've never tried them myself, but my best friend loves them.
