Party Hardy

This little hopper has had waaay to much to drink, lol! This card is something I very rarely do, make an ATC card. The cards are so small 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" so they go fast but I find them harder to do. I made this for the house mouse challenge and am pretty pleased with it. I've entered this into:

Stamps: Stampabililties Party Hoppers
Paper: taken with teal, summer sun, whisper white
Ink: summer sun, barely banana, bashful blue
Other: ribbon, rhinestones, stampin up perfect petals embossing folder, spellbinders deckle rectangles, cotton ball
