Peacock Birdie

This is the first time I've used this image and I was unsure of my colour choices until I added the stickles and background. Then it just popped and wow, I love it! I made the colour choices because Doodle Pantry is sponsoring Craft Your Passion this week and their challenge was a photo inspiration, which is basically fall colours. Hop on over and take the challenge!
I've also entered this into:
Stamp, Scrap & Doodle: embossing (I used both wet and dry)

Sweet 'n Sassy Digi Challenge: all about the birds

Stamps: Doodle Pantry Peacock Birdie, Stampin Up weathered background
Paper: early espresso, tangerine tango, summer sun, whisper white
Ink: morning marigold, tangerine tango, craft chocolate chip
Other: prisma markers, spellbinders scallop ovals and inverted squares, stampin up classic/scallop oval punches,ribbon and petals a plenty embossing folder, yellow stickles, rhinestones

    Oh my gosh, I would never choose those colors for a peacock, but they totally work on this card. Way to go!
