Howdy, Howdy, Howdy

Good morning! I finally finished a card that I've been working on for 2 weeks for my sons birthday... which is in June, lol! When we walk a friends dog he always greets the dog and says...howdy, howdy, howdy so these guys are perfect for him. Its also perfect for the Craft Your Passion challenge which we're sponsoring today and the theme for their challenge is gone country. I used Doodle Pantry's Saddle Ants and coloured them myself. I used the argyll embossing folder and then a sponge to colour
every 2nd spot on the background. Love how it turned out.
Drop on by Craft Your Passion and give their challenge a try. If you use a Doodle Pantry image you can enter our challenge as well!

I'm entering this into:
Glitter n Sparkle: use a digi
Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge: anything goes
Dream Valley Challenges: anything goes
Pile it On: Happy Funny Birthday
Catch the Bug: anything goes birthday

Stamps: Doodle Pantry Saddle Ants, Impression Obsession stitched
Paper: basic black, whisper white, creamy caramel, cajun craze
Ink: early espresso
Other: prisma markers, crimper, stampin up postage stamp punch, argyll embossing folder

  4. Marvellous card, love how the background colours match the horse blanket or is it the other way around:O)! Love how you always make your own designed background papers rather than using the designer papers. You are so creative!
