Remember When

Good morning! Today Doodle Pantry is sponsoring Sugar Creek Hollow which is a vintage/shabby chic challenge blog and their theme this challenge is wheels. I used Vintage Bicycle as the image AND two papers from Country Flavors Digi Paper and computer generated the sentiment.
To create the aged look I used extra thick clear embossing. I was going to crack it but it looked so good I couldn't do it, lol! Drop on by Sugar Creek Hollow and give their challenge a try. If you use a Doodle Pantry image you can enter our challenge as well and receive a free image!
I've entered this into:
Sister Act Card Challenge: anything goes
Aud Sentiments: use 2 words in sentiment
Craft-room challenge: Vintage
Melonheadz Friends: emboss it! (I used both wet and dry embossing)
Incy Wincy Designs: sketch

Stamp: Doodle Pantry Vintage Bicycle, computer generated sentiment
Paper: early espresso, whisper white, Doodle Pantry Country Flavors digi pack
Ink: early espresso, brown sugar
Other: extra thick embossing powder, argyll embossing folder, ribbon and ribbon slide, pearls, stampin up oval punch

    Absolutely love the image and the torn edge look of that panel. The fishtail strip of paper and the ribbon slide are both really interesting elements in this layout - well done Dawn! Glad you are sharing your project and best of luck in the “Two Word” Sentiment Challenge!
