Muffins
Merry Christmas! Just a quick post today, I'm making a recipe book for my son and this was one of the recipes I did. I wrote the recipe out and added Doodle Pantry's Pineapple and Coconut before printing it out. These muffins are actually pretty moist and not too heavy. Some gluten free muffins weigh a ton, lol!

ReplyDeleteGosh...I thought I had left a comment. I remember you talking about gluten free. I made a recipe book for both my sons. My youngest took a home econ class and he had to make some of his favorite foods. I also included pics but it was before Doodle pantry existed
