Flying by to say hi

Good morning and Happy April Fool's Day! Really Mother Earth could have let this day go by but NOooo she had to play a trick on us. So yesterday it was gorgeous here with +18C weather, bright and sunny. Today it looks like this:
It's probably my fault, I was talking about taking the winter tires off the van (what was I thinking!). We're suppose to get approx. 10cm but it won't stay...long. 
Anyway today is the first of the month so a new Ants In My Pantry Digital Challenge. Its anything goes as long as the image is digital. You are entered to win a $15.00 gift certificate to Doodle Pantry and have 24 days to create! I used Doodle Pantry's precoloured Kite Ants to create this card. I reversed the image and then added colour with prisma pencils. I'm really liking the CAS look!

    Oh gosh the first thing that caught my eye was the gorgeous and bright coloring job you did on the kite. Then I saw those adorable ants hanging onto the kite. Beautifully done!!
