Meowy Christmas

November 2o and new releases from Doodle Pantry! Laurie is so great, just over a week ago I asked her if there was any way she could do a Santa hat so I could put them on her stamps. Well not only did she do two different hats, (they fit the sheep, birdies, cat, gift bunny, giraffe, I haven't tried them on the turtle yet but will, they will not fit the ants!) she did 4 different presents and the sentiment ho ho ho, awesome! The look on the cats face is fabulous, she looks so enthused, lol! There is also a challenge on Doodle Pantry Digital Doodles Blog and for this challenge you can use any companies digital
image BUT you need to use foliage like leaves or branches. This can be in the form of an image or punched accent like my holly leaves. Check out the images and if you like them Laurie is having a Huge "Early Birdie" Black Friday Sale with 30% off everything from today November 20 until November 27. Take a look!
I've entered this kitty into the Priscillastyles sketch challenge and Paper Sundaes challenge which is a recipe challenge. You have to use at least two of the four "toppings" ribbon, punches, embossing and the colour blue.
Stamp: Doodle Pantry Santa accessories
Paper: basic black, whisper white, DP papers from Michaels, real red
Ink: none

Challenge Book

I have such a hard time keeping track of the challenges that I do that I decided to make a challenge book. I bought this book for a $1.50 at Michaels and covered it. Easy and cheap! The background I stamped in clear versamark and embossed on vanilla. I then sponged with early espresso and soft suede and cut it into three strips. The main panel I stamped three times without re-inking to get three different shades of brown. I've entered this into "Priscillastyles" sketch challenge, Moving Along with the Times to do "anything but a card and Drunken Stampers to do a monochromatic card but not a black and white one!

Stamps: Stampin Up Sense of Time and Occassional Quotes, Hero Arts Time to Stamp
Paper: very vanilla, early espresso
Ink: early espresso, soft suede
Other: ribbon, Stampin up Buttons, curl

Too cute to spook

Its ant time again! I don't usually send out Halloween cards but I had to make this guy from
Doodle Pantry's new release sooo... I made this plaque. I can put it up with the others on Oct 1 and it comes down Nov 1 and snowmen go up! I printed off one full image and then an image of the candycorn and ghost. Coloured them both and then popped them up. I've entered this into "Priscillastyles" sketch challenge, Charisma Cardz challenge which was to use autumn colours, Moving Along with the Times which is to do anything but a card and Clearly Delightful monthly challenge which is to use a Doodle Pantry image and ribbon.
