This adorable lady is Stella from Bugaboo stamps. She is hilarious and there is a whole series on her and Gus her husband. This is one of three birthday cards I've made for my sister. The inside says "you need a vacation. My you've had a lot of vacations this year!"I made my own background with clear vacation stamps. I've entered this card into StampTV colour challenge.
