Sun Birdies

Good morning! This week Doodle Pantry is sponsoring Sentimental Sundays and their challenge is Things with Wings plus a sentiment. I used a new Birdie stamp Summer Song Birdies which comes in b/w outline and colour, I used the outlines and coloured it myself. I was just going to leave it as one layer and not 3D it but after taking the photo I changed my mind. So this is the before photo...

and this is after I coloured a second stamp and cut out the wings, hats, flower and starfish to pop up. Makes such a difference it adds so much to the card!
Drop on by Sentimental Sundays and give their challenge a try, remember to use a sentiment!
I'm entering this into:
Artistic Inspirations: things with wings
The Cutie Pie: emboss it
The Pink Elephant: anything goes
Through the Purple Haze: button it up
Dream Valley Challenge: things with wings
Stella Says Sketch: I turned the sketch

Stamps: Doodle Pantry Summer Song Birdies
Paper: midnight muse, always artichoke, summer sun, whisper white
Ink: always artichoke
Other: prisma/copic markers, stampin up buttons, oval punch, chaulk, musical notes embossing folder, circle border die cut
