I saw a spider

Good morning, today Doodle Pantry is sponsoring Craft Your Passion and their theme is always anything goes! I created a card especially for my future daughter-in-law's birthday, she's afraid of spiders, my son too! So I printed the couch from Ageless Antiques 2 off twice so I could cut out the cushions to pop them up and then cut the middles so it looks like stuffing is coming out of them. (I used stuffing from a pillow) Then I printed one of the dogs 2 times from Doggies & Things, popped his head up and added stuffing to his mouth. She loved it!
Drop on by Craft Your Passion and give their challenge a try, its sooo easy. If you use a digital image you can enter our challenge AIMPDC#10 as well! As a reminder Doodle Pantry is having a sale 25% off  all Halloween images until October 31, 20% off on all Thanksgiving images and 20% off on Selection Christmas images until November 1! Happy crafting and go shopping!

I'm entering this into:
Crafting with Dragonflies: Recylce something not normally used on cards (the stuffing of the couch is stuffing from my pillow!)
Chocolate, Coffee & Cards: animals
Crafting with Friends: anything goes
Crafty Girls Creations: anything goes

Stamps: Doodle Pantry Ageless Antiques 2, Doodle Pantry Doggies & Things, computer generated sentiment
Paper: Bermuda Bay, Bo Bunny, whisper white
Ink: none
Other: deckle trimmer, pillow stuffing

  1. Yep, this is LOL funny besides being so darn creative. Awesome work, Dawn. BTW, the sofa looks like my nephew's sofa after his boxer chewed it up (no spider involved).

  2. What a great card. It really made me smile. It's very creative and I can understand why your daughter loved it. Great bit of recycling too. Thank you for joining us at Crafting with Dragonflies and I hope we see more of your fab creations soon. Wynn DT
