Good morning! Today's a good day to celebrate because its not snowing yet, lol! Tonight we'll get lots of snow but right now...no snow! So what better way to celebrate than with a cute mouse and lots of balloons! I printed the image twice to pop up two of the balloons and then added liquid pearls and stars.
