Good morning today is Catch the Bug's Anything But a Card Day so I made a recipe page with Bugaboo's Gertrude Eat More Pie ! Since my husband was diagnosed a Celiac we've been trying out different recipes... a lot of them. This Gluten Free Pastry is from Inspiring Ideas for Everyday Living May 2013 and is fantastic!
