It seems like forever since my last post! I've been getting ready to move my Dad into a retirement home and yesterday was the actual move, YES! Its done, he's in and now the real work begins...cleaning the house, getting it ready to sell, yuck! Anyway I made this card for his big day, bamboo is suppose to be lucky. He doesn't want any plants so a card will have to do.
I also made this card for the
Fab 'n' Funky challenge we are sponsoring today. The challenge is to make your own flowers, which I'm not very good at. I do however like how they turned out. The inside says "and congratulations Dad on moving into your new home!" Here's a closeup of the flowers.
