Christmas card workshop

My future daughter-in-law wanted to make some Christmas cards on Tuesday with some of her friends and I was so busy last week that I finally managed to design them on Monday night...really late, lol. Here are two of them, really simple ones.

I bought some one sided shimmer white paper at Michaels, (really good deal!) and iridescent embossing powder for the top card. The snowglobe is a very old stamp that I haven't used in ages.
I've entered these into:
Perfect Sentiments Challenge: Christmas
Deep Ocean Challenge: So this is Christmas
Crafty Boots Challenge: Christmas
Cupcake Craft Challenge: Merry Christmas

Stamps: Stampin Up Scenic Season
Paper: Midnight muse, shimmer white
Ink: midnight muse
Other: iridescent embossing powder

Stamp: Stampin Up Snowglobe
Paper: gumball green, shimmer white
Ink: black
Other: ribbon, MS snowflake punch, epoxy dot, spellbinder die

Snowglobe Christmas

This is the second card we'll be doing in the Christmas workshop. This set has been retired for a while, isn't it adorable! Everything will be cut out, the background already embossed, the ribbon tied, all that has to be done is stamp and glitter. This card is perfect for the stamp something challenge which is to use your flag colours. If you think about it the flag can be on a stick and a stick is brown soooo... ok so there's just a tiny bit of brown on the card but the majority is red and white.
Charisma Cardz challenge this week is to use something metal. Only two challenges today.

Stamp: Stampin Up snowglobe
Paper: real red, whisper white
Ink: basic black, real red, chocolate chip
Other: snowflake brad, MS snowflake punch, ribbon, spellbinders classic/scallop circle, cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder, heat & stick powder, dazzling diamonds glitter
