Birthday Hugs and Wishes

This cute little girl is a free digi stamp from DZ Doodles. They had posted her on paper craft planet for any member to use and I've entered this card into their sketch challenge. I used one of the new in colors from Stampin Up concord crush, which goes perfectly with almost amethyst. Too bad they discontinued almost amethyst, lol and thank goodness I have a whole pack of that color!

Stamps: DZ doodles Swinging on a branch, Stampin up Hugs and Wishes
Paper: Concord crush, almost amethyst, real red, whisper white
Ink: basic black bashful blue, almost amethyst
Other: prisma markers, spellbinders classic/scallop oval, MS border punch, stampin up perfect dots embossing folder

Dad's Old Truck

This is an image from DZ Doodles and was free until today. What a great image for a Father's Day card! I've entered this into the Drunken Stamper's challenge which was to make a Father's Day card, imagine that. If you look closely you'll see I added crystal effects to the windshield of the truck along with the headlights. It looks so great IRL.
