Hey Gorgeous
Doodle Pantry is sponsoring The Corrosive Challenge Blog this month and the theme is "Things with Wings". I used this cheeky parrot from Doodle Pantry's Parrot Play for the challenge. I LOVE how his beak turned out it almost pops off the page. When I was doing the background I stamped the leaves really well, got a nice clean dark image on the paper and sprinkled the embossing powder over it. When I was heating it I'm thinking " Some places aren't sticking very well, I wonder why..." WELL its because I didn't use versamark first OR craft ink! Taking two weeks holidays isn't a good idea, I forgot how to craft, lol! I do like however the different colours of green it created, the background looks quite awesome IRL.
I'm entering this into:Daring Cardmakers: a little birdie told me
Forever Friends: use a sentiment
Papercraft Star: leaf
Whimsy Stamps Challenge: die cuts and/or punches
Stamps: Doodle Pantry Parrot Play, Rubbernecker Fern background
Paper: basic black, whisper white, summer sun
Ink: kiwi kiss, basic black
