Baby cross-stitch

I got the picture back from the framers today. It will be going on a mauve wall. The inside matte is more vibrant than it looks in the photo, it's gorgeous. I'm finally off to stamp!

A Haunting we will go!

Glenda and I had another stamp-n-play date yesterday where we were going to do a Michelle Zindorf card however, Glenda suggested instead of a card why not a framed picture! Here is what we were going to do which was just too cute. The Picture was so much easier to do than to PHOTO. Man is it has to photograph with glass, lol! I took Michelle Zindorf's advise and unmounted my wheel haunting. Its so much easier to stamp with than to wheel!
Stamps:House of haunts, haunting, halloween backgrounds, Inkadinkado (largest bat)
Paper: Whisper white
Ink: apricot appeal, pumpkin pie, dusty durango, elegant eggplant, basic, black, going gray
Other: white gel pen, chills and thrills rub-ons.

Framed Rubbernecker and Gina K art

Robin pointed out this frame at a garage sale last weekend. Its a deep burgandy and was a whole, get ready, whopping 50 cents. I thought of old people and funny sayings right away. I combined two stamp companies, Gina K and Rubbernecker. Ethel with coffee cup and the frizzled hair lady are both Rubbernecker stamps, all the others are from Gina K. I can't wait to hang this one, lol! September is right around the corner and I'm finalizing the Stampin Up Stampers 8 group. If you want to be in one and live in South Edmonton there are 3 spots left. We do 1 or 2 projects a month and take turns being a hostess. When its your turn to hostess you earn free merchandise and you get 15% off your personal order. Have a night out with the girls, create something, get a discount, what more could you ask for! Have a great week.
