Thankful

Doodle Pantry is sponsoring its first ever challenge at Stampin' Sisters in Christ and I definitely wanted to participate. This sentiment is the inspiration of the challenge, which you can find at Doodle Pantry, and the challenge is to make a thank you card, with any image and does not have to be religious. The prize is a $10.00 gift certificate for Doodle Pantry stamps, awesome! I also entered this into Kaboodle doodles, Charisma Cardz and Stampin for the weekend challenges which are all fall colours. I embossed the back panel and then added stickles for a little glitter to match the ribbon. The leaves are buttons from Dress it Up.

Stamps: Doodle Pantry Praise and Thank Him
Paper: early espresso, always artichoke, dusty durango, very vanilla
Ink: early espresso, always artichoke
Other: classic/scallop oval spellbinders, ribbon, dress it up leaf buttons, cuttlebug textile embossing folder, stickles

Sam's Birthday Card

This adorable guy is a popcorn bear and he's one of three stamps that I won from the cuttlebug spot challenge blog! He's truly just too cute. I stamped the bear, duck, tag and bow twice to pop them up. These are very large stamps, they take up a whole regular A2 card. If you wanted to have a lot of embellishments a larger card is definitely necessary. I made this card for my son's girlfriend Sam's 21st birthday.

Stamp: Popcorn Bear birthday hugs
Paper: whisper white, taken with teal, concord crush
Ink: concord crush
Other: prisma markers, ribbon, Stampin Up ribbon slide, gold cord, perfect dots embossing folder, tag corner punch

Too cute to spook

Its ant time again! I don't usually send out Halloween cards but I had to make this guy from

I printed off one full image and then an image of the candycorn and ghost. Coloured them both and then popped them up. I've entered this into "Priscillastyles" sketch challenge, Charisma Cardz challenge which was to use autumn colours, Moving Along with the Times which is to do anything but a card and Clearly Delightful monthly challenge which is to use a Doodle Pantry image and ribbon.

Its October 5 which means new Doodle Pantry images and the Clearly Delightful monthly challenge! This months challenge, #10, is to use any Doodle Pantry image and ribbon. If you don't have an image there are always free images available at Doodle Pantry on their freebie page. Check out the other stamps being released today, there are even Christmas ants!
Just for participating in the challenge everyone receives a free image, these gorgeous Ginkgo leaves.
The challenge runs for two weeks, you need to use a Doodle Pantry image and you must leave a
comment on the Clearly Delightful challenge and answer the question: "For future CDBC challenges, Would you rather everyone receive a free image for participating and NO grand prize drawing... OR... only a grand prize for ONE winner and NO free image for participants?" Easy as pie and you recieve a great image. Go to the Clearly Delightful challenge and check it out.

The Stag

I finally finished the wedding album this morning 1/2 hour before the gift opening. This is one of the pages I did, lol. The boys had gone on a golfing stag trip and of course didn't take any pictures, none, and trying to get anything out of them was like pulling teeth, so I made up some of my own. Since I had scrapbooked the bridal shower and stagette I needed something for the stag so I created this. Everyone loved it! I'm entering this into Stamp Somethings challenge which is to celebrate something.
Stamp: Our craft Lounge Granny's Support Team, Rubbernecker Victorian Leaf panel
Paper: basic black, whisper white, dp from Michaels, handsome hunter, pink passion
Ink: pretty in pink

Poor Harley

A friends son is getting married and I've been working on a wedding album for them for a couple of weeks now and this is one of the double pages. One day they just decided to wrap up Harley, their dog, poor Harley! I've entered this into Charisma Cardz which is a Christmas challenge. This is one of the few scrapbook pages I've posted, I need to do many, many more!
