Roses and Brownies

Its the 15th of the month so a new release from Clear Dollar Stamps! This gorgeous rose is June's flower of the month and made a perfect wedding card. I printed it off twice, cut out the roses and a couple of leaves to pop up, added some stickles and there you have it. The second card took a lot more thought. I was very unsure of what to do and finally decided on a double pocket card with recipes and a jar of mix. One of the recipe cards has what is inside the jar(mix) and the other card has the recipe for making the brownies. Too cool.

I coloured the jar on the outside of the card myself as well as added the dots around the scallops with gel pen but the image that is on the recipe card and inside the card are both coloured stamps. If you do a lot of baking and giving baked goods as gifts, this stamps for you! Check back tomorrow I've got another card for Clearly Inspired challenge #32! I've entered these cards into:

  2. Wow! I love your June flower card but the gift in a jar set is so well done! I love the idea and just may need to borrow it for something I wanted to make for a friend! Beautifully done project!

  3. Both projects Dawn are fabulous. The yellow/ orange roses are so beautiful and I love the papers in the background. I have a soft spot for your gift in a jar, I think it is magnifient and I love, love it. I want to make one too, what a grat little gift to give someone at Christmas time. Wow to both.
