This guy is from Doodle Pantry's latest release called Float Your Goat and he is free/purchase until the 24th of August, he also comes with balloons for a birthday. I printed him off twice, cut him out and popped him up. I used a wave crimper on both papers to give the illusion of water. Magnolia

Friday was a very interesting day to say the least! My son and his girlfriend had asked a week ago if I'd make a card for each of them, they needed going away cards for people leaving each of their work places, and they were leaving at the end of the month, no problem. What I forgot is that the two kids were leaving for vacation and their last day was ... yes you guessed it Friday. Then a friend was leaving for a 60th birthday at 3:00 AND I still wanted to make 3 challenge cards for the Catch a Bug Christmas in July challenge. So this is the first card I made and raced it to Sam's place by 1:00, raced home and started on the birthday card. My friend came at 3:15 to pick it up, 5 minutes after I finished it. When she left I worked on the last card and it was done just before I had to leave to pick up another son from work. Talk about a deadline, lol! Now I had the whole night to work on the three Bugaboo cards but I was too tired to do them, oh well. Next Year! I love my kids, lol! I've entered this into:

Roses and Brownies

Its the 15th of the month so a new release from Clear Dollar Stamps! This gorgeous rose is June's flower of the month and made a perfect wedding card. I printed it off twice, cut out the roses and a couple of leaves to pop up, added some stickles and there you have it. The second card took a lot more thought. I was very unsure of what to do and finally decided on a double pocket card with recipes and a jar of mix. One of the recipe cards has what is inside the jar(mix) and the other card has the recipe for making the brownies. Too cool.

I coloured the jar on the outside of the card myself as well as added the dots around the scallops with gel pen but the image that is on the recipe card and inside the card are both coloured stamps. If you do a lot of baking and giving baked goods as gifts, this stamps for you! Check back tomorrow I've got another card for Clearly Inspired challenge #32! I've entered these cards into:
