Thank You Tulips

Good morning, today starts a new challenge at Catch the Bug and the theme is anything goes. I needed to make a thank you card so I used Bugaboo's Thank you Tulip Block and kept it clean and simple. The great thing about digital stamps is you can make them as small or large as you want.

I printed the image off twice to cut out 2 leaves, the tulips and butterfly added stickles and it was done. Drop on by Catch the Bug and give the challenge a try, you could win awesome prizes!

Clown Birthday

Welcome to day 6 of Bugaboo's Birthday Bash and today's challenge is Oldie but Goodie Send in the Clowns, so make a card with a clown on it. I used Bugaboo's Birthday Clown 4 and printed him off twice to pop up his hat, nose, hands and candle.

Floating by...

Good morning, today Doodle Pantry is sponsoring Dutch Dare Card Challenge and their theme is Birthday Fun. For my card I used Float yer Goat, because really what is more fun than seeing a floating goat, lol! I used the sentiment from Float yer goat and masked the Hi and added three dots. The Happy Birthday is from Stampin Up. I used the new cloud embossing folder and spellbinders.

OK see the little clear dot above the word floating...well its his eye! I had put epoxy dots on his eyes and took photos but decided to remove them I didn't like them but continued to take photos. I should also say I'm doing this at midnight and I'm tired. So I'm cropping the photo and voila there's an extra clear dot in the sentiment. Well I guess I didn't remove the dots very well and I'm not taking more photos, it just adds to the card, lol!

Happy Canada Day everyone! I'll be stamping with friends and sitting out on the back deck relaxing today, what a great day. Today is also the start of a new Clearly Inspired Challenge which is to use punches, dies and cut outs. I used the spellbinders classic/scallop ovals, MS border punch, and I cut out some of the flowers and popped them up! (I used the literal meaning of cut outs, lol) I'm totally in love with these colours and have got to start using others! You have two weeks to enter the challenge and win a prize. Happiness

The hydrangea is one of my Mom's favorite flower, she used to have pots of them everywhere, this colour being her favorite! Clear Dollar Stamps has outlines of the hydrangea as well as coloured versions and there is a digital paper set too! Both are gorgeous check them out!
