Gummy Worms

I think these two guys are just hilarious! I put crystal effects on their bubble gum and it looks so much better IRL. I took the photo on an angle hoping you could see the dimension of the bubble gum but it just didn't come through. I've entered this into the CPS sketch challenge #181 and Stamp Something which is to use a digi stamp. Doodle Pantry has some adorable digital stamps you should check them out!

Hibiscus

This gorgeous flower is from Innovative Stamp Creations, the set is called Hibiscus Flowers. This is the second largest flower stamp on the sheet there is even a larger one, its huge! I've made this card for a couple of different challenges the first one is at Innovative Stamp Creations and is an inspirational challenge. I chose to use the flowers and butterflies. The butterflies are from the set Birch Tree Paintings also by ISC. The second challenge is by Card Positioning Systems (CPS) which is a sketch challenge. The third challenge is at Stamptv and it was to take some flower stamps and stamp up a garden. I would love to stamp more than one of these hibiscus flowers but they wouldn't fit on the card! I love this huge flower and if I got only one of these to grow in my garden I would be sooo happy!

Paper: Dusty durango, summer sun, whisper white, dp hostess pack
Ink: summer sun, always artichoke, dusty durango, pumpkin pie, versamark

Baked Alaska

I absolutely adore this guy, the whole stamp set by Gina K is right up my alley! I love humour and this set is perfect. This card is for a friend's birthday this month as well as three challenges.
The first is a color challenge from colourQ to use night of navy, tangerine tango, tempting turquoise, soft suede and white. I used soft suede the least, brads, cake and tie, but I did use it. The second challenge was a sketch challenge from CPS card sketches. The only thing I changed was the position of the brads, they are not evenly spaced, they're just a little off. I thought it would match the card because it was just a little off! The third challenge is from Cards for men to make a man's card with humour. The outside says "You know you're old when...(inside says) Your birthday cake looks like baked Alaska! Is that not just too funny!
Stamps: Gina K Designs, Stampin Up Weathered
Paper: Night of navy, tangerine tango, tempting turquoise
Ink: craft night of navy, classic tangerine tango, tempting turquoise, soft suede
Other: brads, Stamping up perfect dots, clear embossing powder, stampin up corner rounder

Hello Baby

As soon as I saw this digital stamp it was a must have! Isn't he the cutest!! I knew right away he would be on a baby card. I made this card for two challenges. The first is from stamp tv here and the challenge was to use a glaze pen. I don't have one so I used crystal effects. Yes Glenda stop laughing! there is something that I don't have, lol!! A glaze pen or crystal effects adds dimension to the image. You can't see it very well in the photo but the dragon's wings, horns and eyes all have crystal effects on them. The second challenge Card Positioning systems is here and is a sketch challenge. I'm off to play finally and enjoy an hour in my craft room, have a great week!

Stamps: digi shack, stampin up teeny tiny wishes, priceless
Paper: silver, basic black, whisper white
Ink: basic black, shimmer paint platinum, gable green, green galore
Other: crystal effects, d'vine embossing folder, ribbon
