Summer Heat

Good morning, today Doodle Pantry is sponsoring Fab 'n Funky and their theme is a summer challenge, Heat Stroke. I chose to create a CAS card using Palm Tree with Flip Flops and a sentiment from Summer Suits.

Rejuvenate

This is the 3rd straight day that's its snowed here and its time to rejuvenate, lol, preferably some place warm! This card had a couple of firsts for me, with the first time that watercolouring has worked with a digi stamp. I must use too much water because my images always seem to bleed. However this time I used Doodle Pantry's Palm Tree and stamped it three times and added water and sand to the scene; it turned out quite nicely! Secondly a stamping buddy showed me how to use word and create my own sentiments with wrap text rather than using paint.net. I love how that turned out too!
