Hibiscus

This card was made for the sketch challenge from Innovative Stamp Creations found here.
I used for the first time water colour pencils from Stampin Up. You just colour like you normally would and then take a wet paintbrush and go over it. Tada! it looks like a watercolour painting, cool! I added clear beads to the centre and crystal effects to the petals. Its going to get cold in Edmonton so bundle up! Have a great week!
Stamps: Innovative stamp creations Hibiscus
Paper: whisper white, basic black, designer (sorry picked it up at a garage sale)
Ink: basic black, elegant eggplant
Other: crystal effects, clear beads, ribbon, watercolour pencils

Hibiscus forever

This card is for a challenge using weaving. Man is that hard! I threw away two backgrounds before keeping this one. I like it, kind of, but I don't think I'll be using weaving very much on my cards!
Stamps: Firecracker designs Hibiscus, Inkadinkado garden flower
Paper: Stampin up whisper white, basic black, purely pomegranate
Ink: Purely pomegranate, garden green, versamark frost
Other: detail white embossing powder, stampin up crystal effects (on the stamen)
