Wild Roses

Good morning! Today Doodle Pantry is sponsoring Sister Act Card Challenge and their theme is anything goes... perfect! I had to make some cards that could be used for Mother's Day for Send a Smile 4 Kids Canada and Doodle Pantry's Wild Rose was a great choice. I printed the image onto whisper white cardstock and used prisma pencils and baby oil to colour them. Love how they turned out, fast, east and elegant!

    These are both really pretty! I like the strips across the center with the flower in the corner. Nice layout that I never would have thought of, yet so simple. I also love the pearls in the corner to balance the flower. Thanks for playing at ATSM this week. :)

    Oh yes yes yes....they are beautiful! I hear of kind of things being used, but never baby oil....that is a must try for the future.

    Elegant for sure Dawn, I love how the baby oil technique works so well for you. So want to try it but haven't got the coloured pencils yet:O( Love these two cards!
