Gingerbread House Ants

Good morning! Today's the beginning of a new month which means a new release from Doodle Pantry! I made a scrapbook page with the new Gingerbread House Ants, they are totally adorable!

I just love the look on my oldest sons face, its like he's looking at the ants and going wow! Now I know I have at least 2 other photos of gingerbread houses that we've made but do you think I can find them, nooooo, hence the blank spaces, lol! I'll keep on looking.

I used a sparkle gel pen on some of the candies, epoxy dots on others and popped up almost all of the ants. I had to make some cards that could be used for Mother's Day for Send a Smile 4 Kids Canada and Doodle Pantry's Wild Rose was a great choice. I printed the image onto whisper white cardstock and used prisma pencils and baby oil to colour them. Love how they turned out, fast, east and elegant!

Color my Life

I can't believe its March 1st already, wow! The snow's actually melting here, we should be able to take the snow tires off in another month...or two, hopefully. With the new month comes a new release from Doodle Pantry and those rascally ants are playing again, this time on an Easter Egg! My cards seem to be getting larger and large and I just love the scenes that Laurie creates with her images. This set comes with 4 sentiments, 2 papers, coloured image and an outline image which I used.

I printed the stamp off twice so I could pop up the paint buckets, ants and paint brush. If you love these ants as much as I do you can have them for free! It seems that even after Christmas I still don't have time to craft, lol! This is the first card in a week, I'm hoping to do more. A friend asked specifically for this card, I really like how it turned out.

I love this image! There is a lady that is behind him on an inner tube, I just masked her off. I had originally wanted to put the sentiment Laughter is an instant vacation but since its not a digi after cutting everything else out I discovered that it was too large, so used this one. Wedding Purse

This is a Just Inklined stamp and totally gorgeous! It's also the largest card I've ever done at 8" x 4 1/4". Just Inklined on CADC (Crafters digital art centre) is having a guest dt call and all you have to do is create two cards, one that is serious and one funny, my funny card will be posted tomorrow. I printed the stamp out twice and then cut out the flowers, ribbon and leaves to pop them up. I added stickles to the ribbon and roses and then pearls for the baby's breathe. The embossing folder compliments the purse design perfectly. I had started to follow a sketch but by the time it was done, not so much, lol! I've entered this into:
