The ants are coming one by one...

Its October 1st which means a new release from Doodle Pantry! These pesky little ants are having a great dessert, Key Lime pie no less, lol! This new stamp is called Pumpkin Pie Ants and comes coloured and outline and is the free with purchase stamp this month, only available until the 24th! I took the outline and turned it into Key Lime pie. My husband and I tried to make Key Lime pie before and it didn't end well. Even smothering the pie in whipping cream didn't help but I won't be defeated.. I'm trying again. If the pie doesn't turn out at least I'll have this card.
I printed the stamp off twice to pop up the ants and whipping cream. I think I may have gone overboard with the pearls but I just love how it looked. The new stamp you receive for free just for entering Doodle Pantry's challenge this month are Poppies, gorgeous poppies! The challenge starts at noon so  start creating and enter the challenge.
I've entered this into:

Ink: none

Something Smells

Good afternoon, I tried to get this post done earlier but afternoon will have to do! It seems like I've been behind the eight ball for the past 3 months. I finished this card and was posting it on the Doodle Pantry blog at midnight last night for posting this morning...at least it got done. Today Doodle Pantry is sponsoring Robyn's Fetish challenge and their theme is more than one fold. I've never done a Joy Fold Card so thought I'd give it a try with Doodle Pantry's new set Nature Calls.
Most of the tutorials for the Joy Fold have the front flap smaller than what I made but I like the larger panel.
The sentiment Sometimes Life Stinks comes with the Nature Calls set but I made the Plug your nose It'll pass sentiment.
The outhouse on the left panel is hand drawn by me not one of the stamps from Nature Calls. I had put everything together and then thought OK how am I going to put an outhouse on the inside....hense the hand drawn image. Hop on over to Robyn's Fetish and give the challenge a try. If you use a Doodle Pantry image you can also enter Doodle Pantry's challenge here until the 24th!
